PARK RULES

• Use of recreation facilities are limited to registered guests only

• Visitors must register at the office and purchase a visitor pass

• Florida law strictly requires you clean up after your pet

• Guests and visitors are limited to eight persons per site

• Only one recreational vehicle per site

• Tents of any kind are strictly prohibited

• All vehicles must display parking pass at all times

• All rates are subject to 11.5% tax and are subject to change. 

• You will be charged the rate in effect upon check-in.

• No checks are accepted for rental payment. 

• We take all requests into consideration, however, specific site numbers are not guaranteed. 

• Pets are only permitted in pet-friendly units. Violation of this policy will result in an automatic $250 charge to your credit card. 

• Damaged caused by a pet in any park model will result in an automatic $250 charge to your credit card. 

• Smoking is not permitted in any park models. Evidence of smoking found in a park model upon your departure will result in an automatic $250 charge to your credit card.

• Keycards and Park Model Keys must be returned upon your departure. If they are not returned, a $50 fee will be applied to your credit card.
