Rates are based on two (2) people, one (1) camping unit, and one (1) vehicle. Each additional person over the age of 14 will be an extra $5.00 per night. Each additional vehicle will be charged $5.00 per night (space permitting). ($75/monthly)
Pet fees are $2.00/day/pet ($1.00/day/pet for monthly rentals) Visitors will be charged $5.00 per day ($75/monthly).

Park Rules

Use of recreation facilities are limited to registered guests only

Visitors must register at the office and purchase a visitor pass

Florida law strictly requires you clean up after your pet

Guests and visitors are limited to eight persons per site

Only one recreational vehicle per site

Tents of any kind are strictly prohibited

All vehicles must display parking pass at all times

All rates are subject to 11.5% tax and are subject to change.

You will be charged the rate in effect upon check-in.

No checks are accepted for rental payment.

We take all requests into consideration, however, specific site numbers are not guaranteed.

Pets are only permitted in pet-friendly units. Violation of this policy will result in an automatic $250 charge to your credit card.

Damaged caused by a pet in any park model will result in an automatic $250 charge to your credit card.

Smoking is not permitted in any park models. Evidence of smoking found in a park model upon your departure will result in an automatic $250 charge to your credit card.

Keycards and Park Model Keys must be returned upon your departure. If they are not returned, a $50 fee will be applied to your credit card.
Site & Park Model Deposit & Cancellation Policies

A $250 deposit will be collected at the time of the reservation.

For one (1) or two (2) night stays, entire amount due at time of reservation.

Cancellations within two (2) weeks (14 days) will result in the loss of the entire $250.00 deposit
-
Cancellations prior to (2) weeks will result in a $100 cancellation fee. ​​
